At Dealtigo, we want you to love what you buy. But if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy makes it easy to request a refund or exchange.
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products should be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with any accessories or tags still attached. Items that are customized or marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.
Before sending back any item, please reach out to our customer service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This allows us to track your return properly. Unidentified returns may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Some refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or deduction for shipping costs unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds on sale items are based on the actual price paid—not the original list price. If you need a different item, size, or color, we will gladly help you with an exchange—subject to stock availability and additional charges, if any.
For a safe return process, we suggest using a shipping method with tracking. Place your RA number clearly on the outside of the package and ensure the product is well protected during transit.
